Mandatory mask bylaw comes into effect in Côte Saint-Luc

Côte Saint-Luc was the first town in Quebec to make masks mandatory in indoor spaces to protect its older population. Mayor Mitchell Brownstein joins Global’s Laura Casella to talk about the bylaw that comes into effect July 1.
