Privacy Commissioners: LifeLabs failed to protect customer data

A joint investigation launched by privacy commissioners in BC and Ontario found LifeLabs failed to adequately protect customer data, resulting in one of the biggest data breaches in the country. BC Information and Privacy Commissioner Michael McEvoy discusses the findings of that investigation.
