Speaking to reporters after Canada lost its bid for a seat on the U.N. Security Council, Foreign Affairs Minister François-Philippe Champagne said Wednesday that he would be open to a review of Canada’s foreign policy, but stressed that Canada’s “voice and our standing in the world is strong.”
