Fulton County district attorney Paul Howard announced on Wednesday charges laid against two police officers in death of Rayshard Brooks. The 11 charges against Garrett Rolfe, the former officer who shot Brooks, include felony murder. If convicted, Rolfe could face life in prison or the death penalty. Officer Devin Brosnan, who was also on scene, is facing three charges including aggravated assault and violation of oath.
