Manitoba premier Brian Pallister announced on Wednesday that the province will enter Phase 3 of its reopening on June 21, which will include removing the maximum capacity of 300 people at any site as long as people are separated into groups of 50 or less at indoor locations and 100 or less outdoors. People from outside the province will also be allowed to visit without self-isolating for 14 days.
