Saskatchewan Finance Minister Donna Harpauer unveiled the 2020-21 budget for the province on Monday, which includes $16.1 billion in spending, an increase of 7.2 per cent from last year’s budget. She also stated that Saskatchewan’s government faces a $2.4 billion deficit for 2020-21 as a result of the oil price crash and the COVID-19 pandemic.
