On Monday, NDP leader Jagmeet Singh spoke about the police killings of Rodney Levi and Chantel Moore during RCMP response calls, saying “we know there is systemic racism” within the RCMP, and putting forth a number of calls to action including ending racial profiling, de-militarizing police, having better use of force education and tracking better data.
