Interim city manager Adam Laughlin outlined services that will be brought back in phases as Alberta enters Phase 2 of the COVID-19 relaunch, such as transit fares, funicular operations, booking of sports fields, modified outdoor fitness programs, and in mid-August, Big Bin events.
