Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe encouraged residents who are feeling well and are not immunocompromised to go out and enjoy services open next Monday in Phase 3 of the province’s reopening plan. He said gyms, restaurants, and some personal services will be able to reopen, and asked the people of Saskatchewan to support local businesses that have suffered from the COVID-19 pandemic.
