The Alberta government on Tuesday proposed amendments to the Tobacco and Smoking Reduction Act to bring vaping rules in line with laws for tobacco products like cigarettes, with the goal is to curb the rising youth vaping rates. But as Fletcher Kent explains, the new rules do not include a ban on flavoured vapes.
