Coronavirus outbreak: Premier Ford refuses to ask for resignation of long-term care minister, praises her record instead

After a Canadian military report detailed disturbing allegations of horrific conditions inside five of the province’s long-term care homes, Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath called for the resignation of the province’s long-term care minister, Merrilee Fullerton. On Wednesday, Premier Doug Ford rebuffed questions for her resignation, praising her record instead.
