World Health Organization director-general Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Prof. Thomas Zeltner, founder of WHO foundation, signed a memorandum of understanding between the organization and the foundation on Wednesday after announcing the creation of the foundation. The foundation is aimed to enable WHO to tap new sources of funding, including from the general public.
