Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says lab capacity in Canada ‘significant’ but other problems persist

Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Monday morning, Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau said laboratory capacity for COVID-19 in Canada is “significant” but that other barriers remain in increasing Canada’s overall COVID-19 test capacity.
