CAF conducting flight safety investigation, two administrative investigations into deadly helicopter crash

Lt. Gen Michael Rouleau, Canadian Joint Operations Command told reporters on Tuesday afternoon that the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) is conducting a standard flight safety investigation into the deadly crash of a Cyclone helicopter in the Ionian Sea off the coast of Greece, as well as a summary investigation into the unrecovered crew remains and a formal Board of Inquiry.
