Lt.-Col. Mike French, commanding officer of 431 (Air Demonstration) Squadron said Monday that the death of Capt. Jenn Casey was a “serious blow” to the team and to the Royal Canadian Air Force and Canadian Armed Forces. French said that CF Snowbirds fleet was on an “operational pause.”
