Ontario Health Minister Christine Elliott said Monday as they are developing their plan to open up elective surgeries, they are considering the possibility of a “COVID-free” hospital. She said this idea could see a hospital deal with COVID-19 patients, while a different hospital could handle more elective surgeries, but it depends on aspects such as staff and supply of personal protective equipment.
