Coronavirus outbreak: Quebec English parent association disappointed with QESBA’s position on reopening of schools

The English Parents’ Committee Association of Quebec (EPCA) said it was disappointed with The Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA) decision to push back against the provincial government school reopening plan. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, many parents want the choice to send or not send their children back to school.
