B.C. court closure impact on wills and probate

With B.C. court operations at a virtual standstill, many families are experiencing delays in the processing of wills and probate. Now one legal organization is calling on the B.C. government to follow Ontario’s lead, and allow video testimony on wills. Catherine Urquhart reports.
