The Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA) is telling the the government that its school boards don’t yet feel safe enough to reopen schools. Senior Anchor Jamie Orchard spoke with QESBA vice president Noel Burke about the concerns parents, teachers and school staff have with the reopening plans.
