During a Friday coronavirus briefing, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said that the state has experienced a rise in reported domestic violence incidents amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Cuomo said New York has seen a rise of 15 per cent of reported incidents in March and a 30 per cent increase in April.
