One of the victims of the Canadian military helicopter crash has been identified as a young woman with ties to Peterborough. Twenty-three year old Abbigail Cowbrough attended high school in the city, was a dedicated air cadet, and a member of the Hasty P's pipe band She is being remembered by friends as spunky, vibrant, and a go-getter.
