High river level continue to drop across northern Alberta, ice jams melting

Environment and Parks Minister Jason Nixon on Thursday updates the flooding situation both on the Clearwater and Athabasca rivers in Fort McMurray and the Peace River in Fort Vermilion, saying water levels are dropping on all rivers as the ice jams melt away but evacuations continue. He also expressed condolences to the family of the man who died and shared re-entry planning information.
