Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe announced 17 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday with one additional death. The premier said the outbreaks are from the communities of La Loche and Llyodminsterband because of the outbreaks the planned phase one of reopening won’t occur in those communities on Monday.
