Need for excessive speed: Police across B.C. impounding vehicles going more than 40km over limit during pandemic

While there is less traffic on the roads during the COVID-19 crisis, some police agencies in B.C. are reporting more incidents of excessive speeding, and as Kristen Robinson reports, the province’s top cop has a warning for any drivers who are using public roads as racetracks.
