Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said Thursday he doesn’t expect municipalities would operate “out of step” with the province as it moves to reopen following COVID-19 health restrictions but said specific measures may have to be put in place in the future if there are localized flare ups in Saskatchewan communities.
