Conservative leader Andrew Scheer told reporters Tuesday that a top priority for his party is to ensure in any form of parliament convened during the COVID-19 crisis, whether limited or virtual, must allow a forum for opposition MPs to hold the Prime Minister and other government ministers to account, similar to Question Period.
