New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Sunday the re-opening of schools must be through a coordinated approach with all levels of government. He added that if schools do not reopen until June that could mean businesses will be closed until then as well. Asked about possible mixed messages between New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, Cuomo stressed they want coordination so there are fewer cases of some schools opening while others remain closed.
