New York governor Andrew Cuomo said during Wednesday’s coronavirus briefing that he has directed Dr. Havidan Rodrigue, president of State University at New York (SUNY) Albany to do more Covid-19 testing among the African-American and Latino communities. Governor Cuomo said the testing disparities in New York are not as high as other states but “there are still disparities.”
