New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Sunday he hadn’t invited U.S. President Donald Trump to his state to see how it is being impacted by the novel coronavirus pandemic, but said he would welcome the president though, he said, he believes that such a visit would be contrary to advice from Trump’s health professionals.
