Could influx of cottagers impact Kawartha Lakes healthcare?
Description
April 3, 2020
Their arrival is expected every year as the weather gets warmer. They're cottagers, travelling northbound from Toronto or the GTA to their seasonal getaway locations, many in the City of Kawartha Lakes.
But with a global pandemic knocking on everyone's door, could the arrival of these cottagers this year do more harm than good?
Noor Ibrahim has the story.
