U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said on Thursday that there were strict requirements in a bill to support airlines, saying anything they do have to “substantially” maintain and pay their employees, and must maintain certain routes. He also stressed airlines need to understand the support they will receive is “not a bailout.”
