U.S. President Donald Trump is considering a limited travel ban for areas hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic, but said the “very, very rough decision” has not yet been made. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has also approved a test that would detect whether people already developed antibodies to COVID-19.
