World Health Organization (WHO) emergencies programme technical lead Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove said on Wednesday that based on data from China, approximately 75 per cent of individuals who are listed as asymptomatic eventually develop symptoms of COVID-19, and it is important for them to capture the “full spectrum of illness” to accurately portray the spread of the virus.
