Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Toronto Mayor John Tory said the mayor’s economic support and recovery task force is moving to send surveys to businesses to hear directly from them about how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting them.
He said this is going to be very fast and it will help rebuild the economy after the disruption has happened, as a result of the virus.
