Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says Emergencies Act still on the table

Speaking outside of Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Saturday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said use of the federal Emergencies Act is still a possibility, for stressed that the fight to contain the spread of COVID-19 was still mainly an individual one.
