About 3 million Canadians were either travelling or living abroad when the coronavirus outbreak started. Now, many of them are scrambling to get home, and they’re running into a lot of confusion, closures and a patchwork of fast-changing international rules. All of that is making the trip home very difficult. Aaron McArthur reports.
