Canada’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Theresa Tam said on Sunday that health officials are consistently ramping up testing procedures and have tested more people per capita than many countries, with more than 25,000 people tested for COVID-19. She added there must be flexibility for physicians on whom to test, and that the “net” on who to test has now been “casted wider” than only those who traveled outside Canada.
