On Sunday, Manitoba’s Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Brent Roussin “strongly advised” all Manitobans, including health-care workers, against international travel at this time, as the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread. Ruissin also said that almost all of the COVID-19 cases in Canada are “somewhat related to travel.”
