Addressing Canadians from outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said his government is “not closing the door” when it comes to any and all further possible responses to the global COVID-19 outbreak, but said their decisions would be guided by the “best science.”
