Speaking to reporters on Monday, Dr. David Williams, chief medical officer of health for the province of Ontario, was asked by Global News Queens Park Bureau Chief Travis Dhanraj whether or not he had considered recommending that large public gatherings like concerts or sporting events in the province be cancelled over fears of COVID-19.
