Police in Manila respond to mall after about 30 people taken hostage

Authorities responded to a mall in the Philippine capital of Manila after they say approximately 30 people were taken hostage Monday. Officials say a former security guard entered the mall and allegedly shot one of the employees first before taking multiple people hostage. Police are attempting to end the incident peacefully.
