Moirae Choquette plans to make her company “Tomato Wheels” the busy food lover’s answer to Italian comfort food, and her love of the cuisine has earned her an Airbnb scholarship trip to the nation to spend a week cooking with celebrity chef David Chang, who has his own Netflix series called “Ugly Delicious.” Choquette joined us to talk about the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
