On Monday, New York City District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. spoke following the sentencing of Harvey Weinstein, who was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault after a prevalent trial. Vance commended the survivors for speaking up against Weinstein, who held a lot of power in Hollywood, and that he’s finally been held accountable for his actions.
