Ontario’s associate chief medical officer of health, Dr. Barbara Yaffe, said on Thursday that there remained three cases of coronavirus in the province but that all three were “clinically cleared,” with a case in London, Ont. having been resolved with two separate negative tests, while the other two patients remained in isolation awaiting similar tests. She also said there were now 1,357 confirmed deaths from the illness in China and two confirmed outside the country, which comes after Japan reported its first death.
