The World Health Organization’s director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Health Emergencies programme executive director Michael Ryan said on Saturday that they had seen “stability” over the past four days in Hubei province, one of the heaviest impacted during the coronavirus outbreak, and said while this could accelerate, it provides a “window of opportunity” in combating the virus.
