Quebec government proposes 80 new amendments to Bill 40

The battle over the government’s proposed Bill 40, which would eliminate school boards as we know them, continues. On Tuesday, the CAQ proposed 80 new amendments to the bill, but as Global’s Raquel Fletcher explains, none of them appeal to the coalition of English-speaking groups that oppose it.
