Kenney ‘delighted’ with Federal Court of Appeal decision to approve TMX pipeline expansion

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney said on Tuesday in Montreal that the province is “delighted” by the Federal Court of Appeal’s decision to approve the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion — a project that he said is “overwhelmingly supported” by Indigenous communities across western Canada.
