Canadian Foreign Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne said on Thursday that he did not discuss on Wednesday the possibility of an Iranian missile strike that brought down a plane with his counterpart because he did not have that “fact” or evidence at that time. He said the evidence came later overnight from Canadian and allied intelligence.
