Speaking to reporters in Ottawa Thursday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said his Minister of Foreign Affairs has made it clear to Iran that Canadian officials must be allowed to participate in the investigation into what cause a plane carrying at least 63 Canadians to crash outside Tehran.
