B.C. doctor had warning for anyone using ‘whippits’

A Richmond ER doctor has a warning about the dangers associated with inhaling nitrous oxide. He says he notice young people are inhaling it from small canisters known as “whippits” in order to get high. But as Linda Aylesworth reports, it’s no laughing matter.
